Shipping Policies

Whitworth University Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Return

Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 25 days of shipment, for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy include textbooks and customized products. The textbook return guidelines are dependent on when the purchase is made.

 FALL TERM 2010 REFUND DATES:

Day and Evening classes start----- Sept 8

Last day for full refund------------Sept 15

Last day for full refund with proof of drop/add----Sept 29

EDM classes start----------------Sept 22

Last day for full refund------------Sept 29

Last day for full refund with proof of drop/add-----Oct 13

2nd half semester classes start------Oct 25

Last day for full refund--------------Nov 2

 Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook. Custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi) are not returnable. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.
